We offer a FREE referral service to parents to locate licensed Family Child Care Providers in Orange County. Simply locate the city in which you need child care and contact the name of the Area Chairperson who is listed for that city. Our Area Chairperson will provide you with a list of licensed providers in that area.

Parents Our referral listing contains the names of providers in the County of Orange, California. Refer to the list on your left to locate each cities Area Chairperson, they will provide you with the names and numbers of licensed providers for the city they are listed for. Notice to Parents/Guardians “As a parent, you have the right to get information about any substantiated or inconclusive complaints about a child care provider that you select for your child. That information is public and you can get it by calling the local licensing office” Community Care Licensing Orange County 714.703.2800 How Does Our Referral Service Work? Each city in Orange County is represented by an “Area Chairpersons”. These individuals are professional family child care providers who volunteer their time to assist in connecting provider and parent. We are thankful to these volunteers and hope our members and parents who utilize our service appreciate their efforts in assisting both provider and parent. Please keep in mind that calls to Area Chairpersons should be placed during standard business hours. Weekend calls and late evening calls should be avoided for referral inquiries. Please place calls: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Members Contact your Area Chairperson on a regular basis to let them know what space availability you have on your Facility Roster. Also, inform your Area Chairperson of your operating hours and age groups accepted. This will better assist your Area Chairperson in referring parents who meet your criteria. Area Chairpersons When parents call to locate referrals please contact them within 48 hours. If you will not be able to take referrals calls for more than 1 day, please contact your Vice President. .
